We are a USDA-inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified facility that employs experienced meat butchers who have been highly trained in portion and quality control, and food safety protocols. We have a number of check points to ensure the safety of products before they leave our facility for shipment. Daniels ensures products do not contain any extra trimmings or waste, and the portion requested by a customer is guaranteed to be safe and pathogen free after being tested by our in-house safety & quality control management team.

Our History

How It Started

It all started in 1935 with Daniel, and his wife, Florence. Daniel’s began as a butcher shop that sold meats by the pound, along with other classic butcher shop staples. Fast forward to 2021, and Daniel’s legacy still lives on in his family, including some 4th generation, that run Daniel’s Western Meat Packers today.
